Intercom’s Customer Education team is building the learning experiences that will enable our customers to transform themselves into AI-first companies. As Intercom’s first Learning Multimedia Designer, you will be the visual storyteller for our customer education content.
You will sit at the intersection of product and education, transforming technical concepts into engaging, high-quality video tutorials that help our customers master the Intercom platform and the underlying skills they need to achieve their desired outcomes.
As the first of this type of role, you will have a unique opportunity to influence the style, process, and tech stack of our production process. The base salary range for candidates within the Greater Chicago Area is $103,500 - $123,625. Actual base pay will depend on a variety of factors such as education, skills, experience, location, etc. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All regular employees may also be eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
