The Associate Director, Tax plays a critical leadership role in managing corporate and insurance tax compliance, reporting, and planning initiatives. This position oversees GAAP and statutory tax provisions, federal, state, and local tax filings, and ensures alignment with organizational objectives. The role partners with internal teams and external consultants to maintain accurate tax accounting, drive process automation, and respond to audits and regulatory inquiries. The Associate Director contributes to the development of tax strategy, provides analytical insights, and supports cross-functional collaboration to achieve business goals.
