This role is a critical bridge between established engineering processes and EPC project execution teams. You will ensure that engineering workflows align with project standards, requirements, and governance frameworks, providing guidance, clarification, and support to multidisciplinary teams. By mapping processes, identifying gaps, and facilitating adoption, you will drive efficiency and consistency across projects while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The position involves close collaboration with engineering leads, project managers, QA/QC, procurement, and construction stakeholders to ensure processes are understood and followed. You will also document workflows, prepare training materials, and participate in audits to maintain compliance and operational excellence.
