In this role, you will lead a team of backend engineers responsible for developing and scaling identity and access management solutions that enable secure, efficient, and compliant customer onboarding. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and external partners to deliver a high-performance platform built on modern cloud and microservices architectures. This role balances hands-on coding with strategic leadership, including mentoring engineers, driving system design decisions, and implementing enterprise-grade IAM and authentication solutions.
