As an Epic Program Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Epic Project Management Office (PMO) while supporting the broader Epic program across the organization. You will coordinate project requests, manage resource allocation, and ensure timely execution of Epic initiatives, providing critical oversight to project managers and cross-functional teams. This role offers the opportunity to directly influence project success, improve operational efficiency, and foster collaboration across multiple departments. You will serve as a liaison between stakeholders, end-users, and the Epic Governance Committee, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities. The position combines leadership, project management expertise, and hands-on involvement in system implementations and process improvements. Remote work is supported, with occasional on-site visits as required. Strong organizational skills, clear communication, and strategic oversight are essential to excel in this position.
