Accountabilities
- Lead and mentor a team of developers and QA engineers.

Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience, with team management.

- Proficient in software design patterns and modern development practices.
- Hands-on coding experience within the last year.
- Proven leadership skills in building productive teams.
- Excellent communication skills for technical discussions.
- Problem-solving mindset for tackling technical challenges.
- Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
