This role is a strategic, senior-level position focused on shaping demand and building advocacy within the U.S. Navy enterprise. The Market Development Executive will influence capability development, early requirements, and operational concepts while ensuring networking technologies are integrated into future naval programs. Acting upstream of traditional sales, this role drives engagement with senior stakeholders, supports experimentation and prototyping efforts, and positions solutions as mission-critical for maritime and tactical communications. The MDE will collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate strategy, provide market insights, and guide long-term opportunities. This is a high-impact, remote-eligible role with significant responsibility for shaping the Navy’s modernization initiatives and establishing long-lasting influence across defense programs.
