This role will drive the go-to-market strategy and regional growth across Latin America, with a focus on B2B partnerships in fintech, payments, and financial infrastructure. You will serve as the first dedicated marketer for the region, collaborating with business development and global marketing teams to create localized campaigns that resonate with enterprise buyers. The position requires end-to-end ownership of regional marketing, from account-based strategies to events, content, and PR. You will develop scalable processes, tailor messaging to local markets, and act as a bridge between regional insights and global strategy. Success will be measured by pipeline influence, adoption of marketing programs, and overall impact on revenue. This is a remote role with opportunities for travel across the region for events and strategic initiatives.
