This role is responsible for guiding financial planning, analysis, and reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and headcount planning. The CFO identifies trends in medical costs, drives improvement initiatives, and supports contract negotiations through financial impact analysis. Collaborating closely with corporate finance and senior management, the CFO shapes financial strategy, validates pricing models, and oversees auditing, actuarial coordination, and regulatory compliance.
