In this role, you will be the primary post-sales contact for enterprise customers, driving adoption, retention, and value realization across your portfolio. You will lead customer onboarding, implementation, and ongoing engagement while collaborating closely with internal teams such as Solutions Architects, Product, Engineering, and Sales. This position requires a strategic, proactive mindset with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders and manage complex customer environments. You will act as the voice of the customer, advocate for their needs internally, and continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and drive business outcomes. The role combines technical understanding, relationship management, and strategic thinking in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
