This role is responsible for leading the technical design and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM and CSM solutions, guiding clients through complex projects while ensuring adherence to best practices. You will collaborate closely with project managers, business transformation consultants, and technical teams to deliver high-value solutions that balance innovation with operational efficiency. The position requires hands-on configuration, customization, and oversight of ServiceNow modules, while mentoring consultants and ensuring quality throughout the delivery lifecycle. You will drive client workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into scalable, maintainable solutions. The environment is collaborative, fast-paced, and client-facing, offering opportunities to influence outcomes across multiple teams and organizations. Remote work is available within Central or Eastern Time Zones, with minimal travel requirements.
