This senior leadership role is responsible for driving market access strategy across North America, ensuring products achieve optimal coverage and reimbursement. You will lead a team focused on engaging payers, health systems, and other stakeholders, translating complex policies and market insights into actionable strategies that accelerate commercial success. Operating in a remote environment, you will partner closely with commercial, clinical, and cross-functional teams to address reimbursement challenges, educate stakeholders, and support sales and customer engagement. This position offers the opportunity to influence national and regional coverage policies, shape organizational strategy, and make a tangible impact on patient access to critical diagnostics and healthcare solutions.
