We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead - someone who lives and breathes recruiting, thrives on ownership, and knows how to build pipelines from scratch.
You’ll play a key role in finding and closing the best talent globally while shaping the systems and processes that will fuel our growth.
In this role, you will:
💼 Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using direct sourcing and tailored outreach campaigns
📞 Conduct engaging screening calls that qualify talent quickly and leave candidates excited to join
🗂️ Manage end-to-end recruiting processes — scorecards, interviews, reference checks, and offers
🚀 Track and analyze key hiring metrics to improve speed, quality, and candidate experience
🎯 Identify and fix bottlenecks in real time while continuously improving recruiting workflows
💡 Partner on employer branding and messaging to ensure every outreach reflects our values and tone
🕒 This is a full-time, fully remote role with working hours that overlap with EST (you’ll often recruit for U.S.-based roles).
