Role Overview
We are seeking an AI Platform Product Manager to bridge customer needs with scalable product solutions. This role emphasizes product discovery, strategy, and execution while managing technical aspects such as APIs, AI-driven workflows, and system integrations. You will work closely with the VP of Product to ensure seamless delivery across web and mobile platforms, ensuring an excellent user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, evaluate, and prioritize feature requests from users, sales, and market insights.
- Conduct market research and benchmark competitors, focusing on API platforms, AI technologies (LLMs, RAG, vector search), and user experience in trust-focused products.
- Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for APIs (REST/GraphQL), SDKs, webhooks, and AI-powered functionalities.
- Collaborate with the VP of Product and engineering leads to prioritize features in line with the overall product strategy.
- Plan and maintain the product roadmap, adjusting priorities based on market trends and feedback.
- Manage a structured product backlog with clear priorities.
- Oversee feature releases following CI/CD practices.
- Lead internal testing sessions to validate usability, accessibility, and quality.
- Analyze feature performance using tools like Mixpanel and recommend improvements.
- Keep product documentation current, including API references, wireframes, and release notes.
- Work alongside marketing and customer success teams to ensure smooth product launches and communications.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in product management within a B2B SaaS setting.
- Proven experience delivering API-first or platform-based products, with familiarity in OpenAPI/Swagger specifications.
- Knowledge of AI technologies such as LLMs, prompt engineering, and evaluation frameworks, with experience in bringing them to market.
- Strong UX/UI skills, including wireframing and prototyping using tools like Figma or Miro.
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to perform competitive analysis and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and operationally efficient.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering impactful solutions.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Technical background is a plus, though strong teamwork with engineering is essential.
