- Expand the affiliate program, grow existing relationships and open new opportunities for collaboration;
- Build strong, long-term relationships and maintain frequent contact with partners;
- Review and improve existing agreements to maximize revenue and traffic quality;
- Negotiate and optimize each partnership to ensure business goals and objectives are met;
- Monitor and analyze traffic performance on a daily basis, improve traffic quality and scale volumes;
- Attend conferences to network with with current and potential partners.
- Intermediate level of English;
- Experience in affiliate marketing 3+ years;
- Work with a budget of 100k+ and a large number of partners;
- Ability to work with analytics, assess the effectiveness of campaigns (preferably from the point of view of the product);
- Ability to work with Excel, welcomed experience with the scoreboard;
- Understanding of the main sources of traffic purchase, funnel, purchase models;
- Ability to conduct researches;
- Experience in gambling vertical is optional, but welcome;
- Experience in conferences as a must, mobility and willingness to travel to conferences.
