- Track and analyze key product metrics to monitor performance and ensure smooth operation;
- Analyze player funnels and user behavior to understand engagement and drop-off points;
- Research competitors and industry trends to identify new product opportunities;
- Conduct user and data research to inform product decisions;
- Identify and validate hypotheses aimed at improving user experience, retention and business outcomes;
- Implement product changes, design and run experiments, and evaluate results;
- Utilize configuration settings and CRM capabilities to enhance user engagement and performance metrics
- Gather and structure product requirements, write specs and user stories;
- Contribute to product roadmap planning and prioritization;
- Collaborate closely with CRM, marketing, development, content and other cross-functional teams.
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager within the iGaming industry;
- Experience in conversion rate optimization and funnel improvement;
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to build data-based hypotheses;
- Deep understanding of user motivation and decision-making behavior;
- Knowledge of UX fundamentals and ability to identify and solve user pain points.
