We’re looking for a Senior Brand Designer to join our team for a role to work remotely based in Canada.
As a Senior Brand Designer, you will lead the conceptualization and execution of compelling visual design across various mediums. The ideal candidate is a highly creative individual with a proven track record of producing high-quality design work with a focus on brand development and implementation. This role requires a deep understanding of design principles, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate complex ideas into visually engaging solutions.
Lead the development of compelling visual concepts for both product interfaces and GTM campaigns.
Manage the end-to-end design process, from ideation to final execution, ensuring high-quality outputs.
Stay ahead of design trends, implementing best practices to keep KOHO's designs fresh and relevant.
Infuse creative and technical innovation into the design process by exploring and utilizing AI tools for efficiency and impact.
Evaluate new technologies and methodologies to enhance the design workflow and user experience.
Work closely with Product, Marketing and Engineering teams to ensure a cohesive design approach.
Foster a collaborative design culture that promotes knowledge-sharing and alignment across teams.
Establish, maintain, and evolve KOHO's brand standards and guidelines to ensure a consistent experience across all channels.
Ensure the design team balances creativity with brand alignment, protecting KOHO’s identity and values.
Oversee the quality and consistency of design outputs across product interfaces, communications, and marketing materials.
5+ years of experience in brand design and/or marketing, preferably in the fintech industry
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in design, marketing, or related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong portfolio of work that demonstrates experience in brand application and art direction
Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and email building tools.
