We are hiring an experienced application developer for one of Lago’s partner clients. You will architect, build, and deploy a custom HighLevel Marketplace App that syncs golfer, membership, booking, and financial data across their entire network. This is a hands-on role working with leadership, engineering, and operations to turn disconnected systems into a clean and automated platform.

What You Will Build

You will architect, develop, and deploy a custom HighLevel marketplace app that integrates:

1. Sync Core Systems With HighLevel

Build secure authentication, two-way sync, and automated creation of new franchise sub-accounts based on master data.

2. Sync Membership Data

Pull and map active memberships, levels, statuses, custom fields, history, and recurring revenue data for every golfer.

3. Integrate Full Swing Data

Authenticate with Full Swing, pull golfer profiles and performance data, and map everything into the correct contact or custom fields in HighLevel.

4. Sync Revenue and Financial Metrics

Pull and push revenue, transactions, upsells, promo use, and any KPI data needed for dashboards and automation.

5. Sync Tee Times and Bookings

Sync all bookings, cancellations, reschedules, confirmations, and attendance between the booking engine and HighLevel in real time.

6. Sync Forms and Lead Activity

Pull form submissions, create or update contacts, and map fields and tags into the correct sub-account.

7. Support a Multi Location Franchise Model

Assign data to the right franchise sub-account, keep data separated, and support proper versioning for a Marketplace app.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain the data model for all integrations
• Build backend logic connecting HighLevel, Back Nine, and Full Swing APIs
• Implement real-time sync, error handling, and data integrity safeguards
• Develop scalable provisioning for new franchises
• Document the full integration for deployment and future development
• Communicate progress clearly with all stakeholders
