LastPass is looking for a Principal Product Manager, Identity & Security:

We’re looking for aPrincipal Product Managerto lead the strategy and execution of ouridentity management and security portfolio. In this role, you’ll shape the future of ourSecure Access Experiences, expanding our offerings into adjacent areas such asSaaS Monitoring,SaaS Security,Zero Trust, andpasswordless authentication.

Your leadership will drive the evolution of our identity and security solutions beyond traditional password management; impacting key business outcomes includingcustomer acquisition,retention,growth,profitability, andreturn on investment.

This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise inidentity and access management (IAM)orcybersecurity, and a proven track record of leadingcustomer-centric SaaS productsthat deliver exceptional user experiences.

Who will you work with?

Please note: While this position is remote, we prefer candidates who can work EST or CST hours to ensure alignment with business needs.

As a key member of thecore product leadership team, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally with teams acrossengineering, UX design, channel sales, product marketing, customer success, and financeto drive both business performance and customer satisfaction. You’ll also play a mentorship role, guiding and supporting less experienced product managers as they grow in their careers.

In addition, you’ll work closely withexecutives and key stakeholdersto ensure product strategy is tightly aligned with the company’s vision and delivers measurable business outcomes.

What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?

• Collaborate with executives and senior leadershipto translate high-level corporate goals into actionable product strategies.
• Define and articulate the product visionfor LastPass Identity and Security, maintaining a clear, customer-focused roadmap that balances short-term wins with long-term growth.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and customer successto craft go-to-market strategies for key customer segments, and develop operational plans that drive scalable, profitable growth.
• Lead the full product lifecycle, including market and user research, competitive analysis, strategic planning, positioning, requirements gathering, and product launches.
• Translate strategic goals into detailed product requirementsto guide engineering teams through prototyping and development.
• Leverage market insights and datato shape sales strategies and inform product positioning and messaging.
• Work closely with engineeringto ensure timely, predictable delivery of roadmap initiatives.

• Product management experience, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Aproven track recordof leading business-critical, admin-focused SaaS products at the core of successful B2B or B2C platforms.
• Demonstrated ability tocollaborate across diverse teamsand effectively communicate product vision and plans to stakeholders, executives, customers, analysts, and partners.
• Stronganalytical mindset and intellectual curiosity, with a passion fordata-driven decision making.
• Domain expertise in cybersecurityis highly preferred.
• Comfortable operating indynamic, fast-moving organizationswith multiple concurrent initiatives and shifting priorities.

It's great, but not required:

• Educational or professional background inComputer Science, Product Development, or Engineering.
• Hands-on experience inCybersecurityandIdentity & Access Management (IAM)domains.
• Strong working knowledge of key identity and security technologies, including:
  • Single Sign-On (SSO)protocols such asSAMLandOIDC
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
  • Privileged Access Management (PAM)
  • Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
  • Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR/XDR)
  • Zero Trust Architecture and Principles
