Position Overview
We are looking for a Sales Incentives Lead who will own the design, administration, and ongoing optimisation of our client’s global commission programs. You will configure and maintain the compensation system, make sure every sales employee is paid accurately and on time, and ensure that incentive plans align with corporate goals and drive the right behaviors. Success in this role will be measured by the accuracy of payouts, the effectiveness of the plans you manage, and the strength of your partnerships with Sales, Finance, and HR.
