We are looking for a Contingent Workforce Strategy Business Partner for our APAC team. In this role, you will be part of a Global Contingent Workforce Program. Our goal is to deliver exceptional contingent workforce talent solutions for our internal teams. LinkedIn’s Contingent Workforce population includes all types of non-FTE labor (ie. temporary workers, independent contractors, professional/outsourced services)
The APAC CWBP will partner closely with other regional CWBPs and CW Operations teams on executing global strategic initiatives, while fostering relationships with business and cross functional partners. You will provide strategic consultative services to business leaders on how best to leverage contingent workforce solutions and provide actionable data that drives results. As a CWBP you would run point on addressing contingent worker related concerns and recommend solutions that align to our policies and values.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of LinkedIn to support business objectives and goals and to address the needs of the business
- Partner with LinkedIn managers to consult, influence, and facilitate resolution of CW relations matters
- Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional partners to advise on workforce management strategy and ensure that operations continue to meet new talent engagement needs and business initiatives
- Drive program level project initiatives
- Identify educational opportunities, conduct CW program training sessions & contribute to our CW eLearning content platform
- Drive adoption and awareness of CW program and reinforce its mission
- Deliver business insights and recommendations based on labor market and data-driven analysis to the business
- Identify areas of risk proactively and partner with relevant teams to drive solutions to mitigate such risks
- Monitor local regulations & partner with Legal on recommended changes
- Flexibility to work across different time zones for meetings
Basic Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as a Contingent Workforce Program Manager or HR Business Partner experience within a mature business model
- 2+ years of experience supporting multiple countries within APAC
- Experience working with a geographically dispersed team
- Experience managing multiple regional projects
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross functional leaders and presenting across various levels of management, including VPs.
- Experience working with various contingent workforce classifications and engagement models
- Demonstrated organization and communication skills with an ability to consult, influence, and advise clients and stakeholders
- Creative thinker; drives problem solving, productive discussions and solutioning in difficult or ambiguous areas
- Apply analytical skills to solve problems to drive business strategies and decisions
- Ability to manage ambiguity, risk, and changing direction of initiatives and strategies
- Demonstrated presentation skills across various levels of senior management
- Robust sense of accountability; sound personal judgment, capacity to handle confidential information appropriately
