As a Senior Salesforce Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and scaling of secure, high‑quality solutions across the Salesforce platform. You’ll translate complex business requirements into robust technical designs, prepare and review RFCs, and deliver end‑to‑end solutions using Apex, LWC, Agentforce, Salesforce Data Cloud, and AI‑driven capabilities. The role includes managing and optimizing the SFDC org, driving best practices, and collaborating closely with cross‑functional partners to build modern, intelligent customer and enterprise experiences.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand the requirements, translate them into technical solutions.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.
- Build responsive, accessible user interfaces aligned with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
- Develop backend logic, integrations, and APIs using Apex, REST/SOAP services, and platform events.
- Design and develop AI based solutions and agents using Einstein AI, Agentforce and any Gen-AI tools.
- Best Practices: Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write / maintain test classes for all custom development,
- Take ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code,
- Integrating and maintaining business applications to Salesforce, such as DocuSign, Apttus, CPQ, Conga, etc,
- Collaborating with IT / Developers for other systems in order to integrate across the business,
- Develop Proactive monitoring using Event Monitoring and features.
- Test and Deploy solutions using CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement and troubleshoot Salesforce CPQ and Apttus solutions.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce platform, Salescloud, and at least 6+ years of Salesforce development experience,
- Experience in developing LWC, Aura Components, Apex Triggers, Classes, VF Pages.
- Experience in SFDC Configurations
- Experience with integration solutions such as Dell Boomi, HDFS or other 3rd Party systems
- Experience in Salesforce CPQ and/or Apttus
- Experience with VSCode, Salesforce Lightning Design System
- Experience in working on Cursor / Agentforce Vibe Coding
- Experience with, various IT application development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall and blended models), and software engineering concepts
- Experience in implementing async apex.
- Experience with Data Migration
- Experience on implementing Salesforce Mobile pages/apps
- Experience in Enstein AI features like Prediction Builder, Next Best Actions, GenAi
- Experience in configuring event monitoring reports and dashboards.
- Eager to learn new tech stacks and contribute in a fast pacing environment.
- Experience as an IC and mentoring team members.
- Experience of collaborating with business stakeholders and team members.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I / II, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce Specialist)
- 7+ Years of software development experience
- Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, or AI-driven features
- Experience with integration platforms (Boomi, ETL tools)
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
