We’re looking for a Production Designer with impeccable taste and excellent design skills to join our in-house creative team. You’ll work on a range of projects including email campaigns, motion graphics, out of home, and semiannual product release campaigns. As a Production Designer, you will combine design craft with production rigor to deliver polished assets at scale, working from initial concept through final execution across every customer touchpoint. You’ll report to the Creative Lead, and work in close partnership with other designers, copywriters, producers, developers, marketing stakeholders, project managers, and other cross-functional teammates.
In addition to design skills, you’ll need to demonstrate a wide range of soft skills, including collaboration, organization, adaptability, time management, attention to detail, and excellent communication and presentation skills. You'll establish efficient workflows for high-volume asset production, implement quality checks, and maintain organized file management systems. You'll also stay current with evolving production techniques, testing and mastering new AI tools to increase efficiency.

The expected base pay range for this position in the Toronto area is CAD $90,000 - CAD $112,500, not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location.
