Role Overview
Maneva is seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead and scale a high-performing regional sales organization focused on customer acquisition and revenue growth within the manufacturing sector. This role is critical to executing Manevaโs go-to-market strategy and advancing our mission to modernize manufacturing through AI.
As Head of Sales, you will build, manage, and mentor regional sales teams, guide them through complex enterprise sales cycles, and expand Manevaโs presence across key manufacturing markets. You will work closely with executive leadership to shape sales strategy, drive execution, and accelerate customer adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
- Build, mentor, and lead regional sales teams across multiple cities.
- Establish clear performance metrics and ensure teams consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative sales culture through ongoing coaching, enablement, and accountability.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with Manevaโs overall business objectives.
- Partner with sales teams to create and continuously refine a localized, repeatable sales playbook.
- Lead by example in strategic customer engagements, demonstrating strong consultative selling and deep understanding of manufacturing challenges.
- Collaborate closely with Manevaโs leadership teamโincluding the CEO and CTOโto align sales execution with product roadmap and company strategy.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key manufacturing customers and strategic partners.
- Identify and pursue high-value opportunities, tailoring AI-driven solutions to address specific operational pain points.
- Oversee and actively participate in the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting through negotiation and close, ensuring smooth handoff to implementation teams.
Market Insight & Growth
- Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and evolving customer needs to inform sales strategy and product positioning.
- Represent Maneva at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings, positioning the company as a leader in AI-powered manufacturing solutions.
