ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, one of the largest BPO companies, is looking for French Speaking Customer Care Representatives!
📌 Company’s HQ: Athens
📍 Working Model: Remote or Hybrid in Greece
🖋️You will be reporting to: Operations Manager.
What you will do:
Handle customer inquiries via email and chat, giving prompt answers to customer questions.
More specifically:
· Provide assistance, resolve complaints, answer questions in the best interest of the customers.
· Collect prompt and accurate customer feedback
· Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
· Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
· Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
· Maintain a high level of company product knowledge to effectively answer customer queries
