We are seeking a highly commercially minded Account Director to drive activation layer stakeholder management and growth of our marketing operation activity. In this role, you will be the driving force behind optimizing local market campaign pressure and targeting through our CRM systems to empower local markets in achieving their business goals. You will be a master of data-driven decision-making, possess a deep understanding of CRM best practices, and excel at collaborating with and guiding local market teams. In the day-to-day business, you will be expected to lead the team and manage the client roadmap, so strong people skills and a strategic mindset is a must.
More specifically, your tasks include:
You will be the linchpin in a network of closely coordinated project managers, developers, data scientists, and experienced designers. You will get competent teammates from all around the world, who always go the extra mile to help one another. You work to deliver the best possible outcome despite any challenges that arise. As you will be managing several projects simultaneously, you are an organized person who can keep perspective while showing great attention to detail.
