About the Role
We’re looking for a Staff Data Analyst to join Match Group’s E&E Monetization Pod, driving insights that shape how our brands create value for users and the business. You’ll thrive in this role if you’re a strategic thinker who’s comfortable with ambiguity, moves quickly, and looks for opportunities to make an impact. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and other teams to help drive revenue growth, improve feature adoption, and find new monetization levers. You’ll also partner with analysts across engagement, marketing, and trust & safety, sharing clear, high-impact insights with both your team and executive leadership to guide important decisions across the organization.
