The Role
As a Speech Pathologist in our Northern NSW team, you will focus on strengths-based, evidence-based practice to help participants achieve their goals. Your day-to-day will include:
- Impactful Therapy: Managing a caseload and delivering therapy services in a timely, impactful way across home, school, and community settings.
- Clinical Excellence: Using clinical observations and standardised assessments to inform therapy goals and deliver interventions that improve quality of life.
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Working alongside a supportive team of allied health professionals to provide holistic care.
- Leadership (For Experienced Clinicians): Providing mentorship and clinical supervision to junior clinicians.
- Compliance: Ensuring all services meet current NDIS requirements and standards.
About You
- A degree in Speech Pathology and Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Whether you are a New Graduate looking for a supportive start or an Experienced Clinician looking for a leadership pathway, we want to hear from you.
- A proactive, growth-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for the disability sector.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently within the community.
- Current Australian Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle.
