Founding Full-Stack / iOS Engineer – Accountability Protocol

Location: Remote - U.S. Timezones (NYC Office)

Compensation: $140K - $200K

Our mission is to leverage phone and wearable data as an oracle to enable users to stake money on personal goals, creating powerful "commitment contracts." This is a unique opportunity to secure a founding-level seat and drive the technical direction of a high-impact consumer product.

As the Founding Full-Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for accelerating the buildout of our core consumer-facing product: a beautiful, fast, and highly reliable native iOS application. This app uses blockchain rails behind the scenes to power our innovative accountability system.

Your Mission & Responsibilities:

• Product Ownership: Hold a founding-level seat with significant ownership, directly influencing key product and technical decisions.
• iOS Development: Ship high-quality, production-ready Swift code to develop and maintain our native iOS application.
• Full-Stack Contribution: Contribute actively to the backend and API design to ensure clean, simple, and reliable interactions with the underlying blockchain infrastructure (on-chain interactions).
• Collaboration: Work directly and closely with the co-founders, who bring extensive experience from top-tier firms in both the blockchain/crypto industry and major tech companies.
