This is a high-visibility role where you’ll work hand-in-hand with the Chief Strategy Officer, the technology team and the rest of the leadership team to own and build out our product line across all dimensions. You’ll partner closely with nearly every department to improve our solution and bring new products to life. This means working with engineering, data, clinical care, operations, customer success, sales, marketing, and the entire executive team as well as overseeing our product, design, and content teams.
Beyond execution, you will play a critical role in setting the long-term product vision, aligning cross-functional teams around shared goals, and driving measurable outcomes for both our customers and the business. You’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities in the market, translating complex customer and business needs into clear product strategies, and ensuring flawless delivery from concept through launch and beyond. You will serve as the voice of product to the market, communicating our roadmap to clients, prospects, consultants, and out own team. Success in this role requires a balance of strategic thinking and tactical execution, exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to inspire and lead high-performing teams in a dynamic environment.

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown. Ranges are not necessarily indicative of the associated starting pay range in other locations. Depending on the scope of the role, some ranges are indicative of On Target Earnings (OTE) and includes both base pay and commission at 100% achievement of established targets.
