Location requirements
We're seeking someone who's curious, detail-oriented, and excited to learn how a modern tax department operates from the inside out. As a MongoDB Tax Intern, you’ll get hands-on experience with US tax return schedules, international tax forms, preparing information for audits, gathering accounting data, updating agreements, and booking journal entries. You will also collaborate with the worldwide tax department and along with collaborating with teams like payroll, accounting, stock administration, etc… all while building a strong foundation in corporate tax.

MongoDB internships are full-time (40 hours/week) for 10 consecutive weeks lasting from dates in June until August. All interns are considered hybrid employees, designated the "in office" working model and are expected to be in their office location 3-5 days a week.

MongoDB’s base salary range for this role is posted below. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package. Other benefits for eligible employees may include: equity, participation in the employee stock purchase program, flexible paid time off, 20 weeks fully-paid gender-neutral parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, 401(k) plan, mental health counseling, access to transgender-inclusive health insurance coverage, and health benefits offerings.
