The MongoDB Internal Audit team aims to provide independent assurance that MongoDB’s risk management, governance, and internal control processes are operating effectively, and based on the request of management, we complete advisory work. We are seeking an innovative, strategic, and deeply technical Director of Audit & Controls Transformation. The Director, Audit & Controls Transformation will advise on modernization, readiness, and strategic initiatives that enhance the company’s control environment and uplift the Internal Audit function. This role leads special projects with a focus on SOX readiness, controls transformation, and the design of scalable, future-state, audit capabilities.
This role is an Individual Contributor role reporting to the Head of Internal Audit.
We are looking for candidates based in Austin, TX for our hybrid working model.

MongoDB’s base salary range for this role is posted below. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package. Other benefits for eligible employees may include: equity, participation in the employee stock purchase program, flexible paid time off, 20 weeks fully-paid gender-neutral parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, 401(k) plan, mental health counseling, access to transgender-inclusive health insurance coverage, and health benefits offerings.
