As a Founder’s Associate, you will be at the front lines of Monq’s growth. You’ll own enterprise adoption globally, building high-impact sales pipelines, engaging directly with Fortune 500 executives, and turning complex procurement challenges into actionable opportunities for Monq’s AI-powered platform. You’ll shape our go-to-market strategy while connecting cutting-edge AI technology with enterprise stakeholders across continents.
Founder’s Associates sit at the intersection of business development, strategy, and customer success. You will own the full lifecycle of enterprise engagement—from prospecting and pipeline development to demos, pilots, and deal execution. You’ll collaborate closely with global procurement leaders, translating strategic challenges into actionable projects for Monq’s AI negotiation agents. This role offers unmatched exposure to enterprise AI, hands-on strategy, and direct access to senior leadership in a category-defining startup.
Enterprise Pipeline Development & Strategy:
Identify, engage, and manage enterprise opportunities across multiple continents, targeting procurement and sourcing executives in Fortune 500 companies
Build and maintain a robust, multi-region sales pipeline from first touch to pilot deployment and deal closure
Conduct deep research on enterprise accounts, including procurement workflows, vendor landscapes, and contract structures
Translate complex enterprise challenges into actionable projects and pilot programs for Monq’s AI negotiation agents
Customer Engagement & Value Delivery:
Run high-level workshops and whiteboarding sessions with procurement executives to co-create value propositions
Lead demos of Monq’s AI-powered platform, highlighting its ability to optimize strategic procurement outcomes
Gather feedback and iterate on engagement strategies to maximize adoption and impact
Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, demonstrating measurable business value from Monq’s AI solutions
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Product, AI, and Engineering teams to align enterprise needs with platform capabilities
Develop insights from early pilots and deployments to inform Monq’s enterprise strategy, product roadmap, and go-to-market approach
Support regional market expansion efforts, adapting outreach strategies to local enterprise landscapes
Essential Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or strategy, ideally within B2B SaaS or AI-driven technology
Proven track record of driving enterprise engagement and building high-value pipelines
Excellent communication skills—comfortable speaking with executives and translating complex technical concepts into business impact
Strong analytical and research skills, capable of synthesizing enterprise data and market insights into actionable plans
High-ownership mindset: thrive in fast-paced, high-impact environments where you can directly influence company growth
Nice to Have:
Experience with procurement, supply chain, or strategic sourcing in enterprise contexts
Exposure to AI, enterprise software, or SaaS platforms
