The Role:
We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing, refining, and evaluating strategies to optimize the performance of Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve real business challenges. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including internal subject matter experts, software engineers and product managers—to build and maintain cutting-edge AI agents and LLM-enabled applications.
The ideal candidate has previously built AI systems and deployed them to production, has a solid foundation in professional software development in a strongly typed language (such as Go, TypeScript, or similar), and a deep understanding of LLM techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), few-shot prompting, guardrails, and evals.
