What You’ll Do:

Coordinate and schedule phone, video, and on-site interviews in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Manage the end-to-end candidate experience by working closely with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers.
Support various recruiting-related administrative tasks, including offer coordination, onboarding assistance, and data management.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate tracking in applicant tracking systems (ATS), Google Sheets, and other relevant tools.
Serve as a contact for office operations/facility maintenance, including supply management, vendor coordination, and general administrative support.
Support occasional In-house and Virtual events (All-Hands, Happy Hours, Team Building Events etc.)

What We’re Looking For:

1+ years of experience in direct recruiting coordination required; complex interview scheduling experience is a plus
1+ years of office management (reception/front desk or related administrative experience) strongly preferred
Experience with a scheduling tool (e.g. ModernLoop) is strongly preferred
Experience with an ATS is strongly preferred
A proactive and detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with internal stakeholders and candidates.
Excellent project management abilities, with a strong focus on organization, flexibility, and adaptability.
A team player with a passion for creating an efficient, welcoming, and collaborative workplace.
Must be based in/near San Francisco, CA, as this will be an in office role requiring 5 days in office (corner of 9th & Market St).

Your compensation may be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications. For certain roles, total compensation may include restricted stock units. The base compensation range for this role is:

$28—$39 USD
