As a Senior Wireless & Modem Connectivity Expert, you will play a key role in shaping Motive's next-generation connectivity solutions. You will drive the design, architecture, and development of Bluetooth Classic, BLE, LTE-M, NB-IoT, and 5G features across embedded platforms and mobile devices (iOS and Android). Beyond being a strong individual contributor, you will also provide technical leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional guidance to ensure high-quality, scalable, and future-proof connectivity solutions.
This role will help define and deliver advanced wireless capabilities across Motive's embedded and mobile product stack. You will bring deep expertise in Bluetooth, LTE, and modem technologies, embedded systems, and mobile frameworks, influencing both technical direction and execution. This position offers immense career growth, visibility, and the opportunity to work on industry-leading IoT and mobile products. We are looking for a motivated, hands-on technical leader who thrives in startup-style environments, driving innovation from concept to deployment.
This position requires 2 days per week in our Seattle office.
Pay Transparency
Your compensation may be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications. For certain roles, total compensation may include restricted stock units.
