As a Staff Bluetooth Software Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping Motive’s next-generation connectivity solutions. You will drive the design, architecture, and development of Bluetooth Classic and BLE features across embedded platforms and mobile devices (iOS and Android). Beyond being a strong individual contributor, you will also provide technical leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional guidance to ensure high-quality, scalable, and future-proof connectivity solutions.
This role will help define and deliver advanced wireless capabilities across Motive’s embedded and mobile product stack. You bring deep expertise in Bluetooth technologies, embedded systems, and mobile frameworks, and can influence both technical direction and execution. This position offers immense career growth, visibility, and the opportunity to work on industry-leading IoT and mobile products.
