About the Role
As Tech Recruiting Manager, New Markets, you will shape the foundation of Nubank’s global growth. You’ll lead and scale a high-performing recruiting team to launch hiring across the U.S. and Canada, while serving as the strategic architect for every new market we enter. We’re seeking a true builder. Someone who thrives in ambiguity, brings structure to the undefined, and transforms a blank canvas into a world-class, scalable hiring engine.
Hybrid: Our hybrid work model brings us to the office at least twice a week (2-3 times/week) on strategic days designed to maximize team connection and collaboration.
Our recruitment process may involve the use of artificial intelligence–enabled tools, such as automated interview transcription and analysis, to support the evaluation process. Artificial intelligence is not used to make final hiring decisions; all decisions are made by human reviewers.
