This role will be based remotely in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, candidates must be based in the Kingdom.

We are breaking into the Middle East market with Account Executives on the ground for the first time; we see a substantial opportunity for us in this region and already have a network of partners and Enterprise organisations to leverage.
What you'll do...
Pioneer a market: Take full ownership of your own business in the Middle East focusing on Saudi and UAE.
Build from the ground up: Proactively drive top-of-funnel activity to generate a new pipeline of opportunities.
Master the sales cycle: Use a methodical and controlled MEDDPICC approach to run every sales cycle.
Be a strategic planner: Demonstrate operational excellence with thorough territory planning and accurate forecasting.
Leverage our ecosystem: Work with and utilise Okta partners to identify and open new, uncharted opportunities.
Collaborate to win: Build and nurture effective working partnerships with your Okta team, including SDRs, Pre-Sales, and Customer First.
Focus on value: Always bring a compelling, value-based point of view to every customer conversation.
Build relationships in person: Travel as needed to meet customers and prospects face-to-face.
What you’ll bring to the role:
A winning track record: Proven success in selling complex enterprise SaaS products,
Enterprise expertise: A background in selling to Enterprise organisations.
Executive presence: The ability to educate and create demand with C-level decision-makers.
New logo passion: A strong drive and enthusiasm for winning and growing new logos.
Complex deal navigation: The skill to navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
Partner-centric mindset: Experience selling in partnership with Global System Integrators (GSIs) and other partners.
Technical curiosity: A natural technical aptitude and a passion for learning.
Sales framework mastery: Expertise using a sales framework such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or Sandler.
This role is not eligible for the Okta-sponsored benefits listed below due to fact it is a contract handled by a preferred vendor, however other local benefits will be provided.
