We are seeking a Product Manager for Member and Care Team Experiences who is passionate about AI-driven product development and wants to apply their track record of crafting engaging, high quality consumer experiences to deliver outcomes in a healthcare setting.
In this role, you will lead a team responsible for developing innovative, dynamic experiences that keep members engaged in their health journey over time. Collaborating with clinical, care delivery, engineering, and design teams, you will gain a deep understanding of the diverse needs and motivations of Omada’s member segments. You will use AI and machine learning to deliver experiences that intuitively adapt to individual contexts and barriers, guiding members toward achieving their health goals.
As you work to unlock value for members at various stages in their health journeys, you will articulate the vision, chart a strategic path forward, and set measurable milestones. You will pinpoint opportunities for improvement, test and learn quickly, and deliver impact at scale.

Below is a summary of salary ranges for this role in the following geographies:
California, New York State and Washington State Base Compensation Ranges: $156,400 - $195,500*, Colorado Base Compensation Ranges: $149,600 - $187,000*. Other states may vary.
This role is also eligible for participation in annual cash bonus and equity grants.
*The actual offer, including the compensation package, is determined based on multiple factors, such as the candidate's skills and experience, and other business considerations.
