We're seeking an IT Platform Engineer to combine software engineering expertise with IT infrastructure domain knowledge and a passion for automation and enablement.

What You’ll Do

• Modernize Windows infrastructure hosting our heavily customized ResWare platform, title/escrow software requiring Office 365, Azure AD, network file sharing, SQL, and DMZ network for full features and automations.
• Lead the migration of Windows users to Mac OS while maintaining secure Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
• Utilize Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps frameworks to "platformize" endpoint management and launch capabilities such as Zero-touch deployment (ZDM), Declarative Device Management (DDM), and device trust.
• Collaborate with Security, IT, and Engineering teams to maximize AI adoption and engineering velocity.

Tech Stack

• Languages: Mac OS shell scripting, PowerShell, Terraform, Go, Python
• Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS, Google Workspace, M365, Okta
• Endpoint Management: Mac OS, Windows, Jamf, Crowdstrike

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years of software engineering, IT automation, and/or platform management (Mac/Windows)
• Expert in Windows AD and Mac/Windows hybrid environments
• Expert in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), CI/CD, and software engineering
• Expert in endpoint security (AV/EDR) and mobile device management (MDM)
• Demonstrated leadership driving cross-functional technical initiatives and mentoring team members

Bonus Points For

• M.S. in Computer Science
• Certifications in Azure, AWS, and Endpoint management
• Familiarity with ResWare

Compensation

The base pay range for this position in Seattle is $170,000 - $234,000 annually, and in Toronto it’s 132 CAD - 181,500 CAD, plus RSUs and bonuses. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We also offer a comprehensive package of benefits including unlimited PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
