The Role
As an Associate, Workday Integration Developer, you will join the People and Culture team, and help grow and manage integrations between Workday and our other HR, Finance, Payroll, and 3rd party systems. This role will also play a part in maintaining security roles and reports within Workday.
This role is a tremendous growth opportunity for someone with some Workday and technical knowledge looking to manage integrations in an HRIS environment.
Responsibilities
Develop integrations, including entirely new integrations and optimizing existing systems
Create integrations for Workday using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, PECI/PICOF, EIBs, etc.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and errors
Support new feature implementations, including assembling data gathering workbooks, system testing and UAT, and design documentation.
Modify and redevelop business processes and integrations based on client requirements
Thoroughly document solutions in compliance with SOX and audit requirements.
Extracting data from Workday using custom reports
Develop and run custom reports
Optimize the performance of custom reports
Experience in Workday Business Process Framework and Workday Business Object Model
Identify enhancements based on new features introduced by new Workday releases.
Manage and audit security roles within our People Systems
You have
2 to 3 years experience in Workday involving EIBs, Security, Calculated Fields, and Reporting
Good understating of calculated fields and Reporting
Workday configuration experience
Workday Core HCM knowledge
Strong communication skills and the ability to confidently interact with leadership
Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot
Bonus points
Previous experience building and maintaining Studio integrations with Greenhouse Recruiting, PICOF/PECI integrations for ADP Workforcenow or CloudPay,
Workday Pro certification - Integrations, Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, Report Writer, Workday Studio
Experience with Workday Web Services API
Experience with Workday Studio, RAAS, EIB, and other integration tools in Workday
Functional experience with developing integrations for HR, Payroll, or Finance Systems

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. The range for this Canada located role is $95,000 - $115,000 CAD.
We offer a competitive base salary and benefits including: health benefits; flexible spending account; retirement benefits; life insurance; paid time off (including PTO, paid sick leave, medical leave, bereavement leave, floating holidays and paid holidays); and parental leave benefits. This role is eligible to be considered for an annual bonus.
