PagerDuty is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to join our talented, customer-focused team! As Professional Services Consultant, you will report to the Expert Services leadership team and partner closely with key customers, sales, and product teams to deliver large-scale onboarding, custom integrations, and comprehensive platform implementations that enable customers to achieve their business goals through PagerDuty's platform. This is an exciting opportunity to help establish methodologies and repeatable processes for successful implementations while working in a rapidly growing startup environment that's introducing new approaches to services delivery. The ideal candidate is a technologist first with deep knowledge of IT monitoring tools, DevOps, or SRE practices and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
