Join PagerDuty’s core feature engineering team and ship customer‑facing features that transform how responders orchestrate and resolve incidents at scale. You’ll build and own features end‑to‑end across services and UI (e.g., Java/Go/TypeScript/React, Kafka, MySQL, AWS), collaborate closely with Product and UX, and operate what you ship in production.
Working from our Lisbon office 2 days per week, you’ll be part of a supportive, international team where your work directly improves experiences used by leading enterprise customers—delivering visible impact week over week.

We don’t hire based on experience with a handful of tools - experience with our stack is just a bonus. Instead, we want smart, capable people who can learn our tools quickly (and suggest new ones!) as needed. Some of the technologies that have been introduced by our great engineers include: Java, Kafka, MySQL, React.js, AWS.
