The Revenue Operations, Customer Growth team is responsible for supporting data-informed decision-making and optimizing go-to-market (GTM) strategy across Account Management, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Customer Support. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Revenue Operations, Customer Growth, this role focuses on analyzing key revenue metrics, streamlining reporting cadences (including compensation and capacity planning), and building and improving robust revenue reporting and dashboards for PandaDoc’s Account Management, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Support teams.
Your efforts will directly contribute to shaping and executing PandaDoc’s revenue strategy, enabling leadership to make informed decisions, enhance GTM efficiency, and achieve growth objectives.
