Our Client’s Company
Our client is a trusted partner in diagnostic care and is proud to be a digitally accredited pathology practice in Australia. Distinguishing itself from others, the practice remains unique as it is solely owned by specialist doctors. With a steadfast commitment to excellence, their core objective is to deliver cutting-edge, prompt, precise, accessible, and morally sound services. Throughout its impressive 25-year journey, the practice has consistently led the field in cancer diagnosis, virology, and parasitology, setting new standards for the industry.
With a strong focus on innovation, quality outcomes, and sustainable growth, the business is expanding its non-dermatology referral base, working closely with hospitals, surgical specialists, and medical networks across Australia. Supported by an experienced laboratory team and progressive leadership, this is an organisation committed to building meaningful, long-term partnerships within the healthcare ecosystem.

Reporting to the Head of Laboratory Operations, you will oversee two Business Development Managers and work closely with laboratory, pathology, and executive teams to ensure commercial success aligns with operational capability and clinical excellence.
You will also act as a brand ambassador for the business, representing the organisation at conferences, industry events, and in senior-level discussions with clinicians, practice managers, and hospital leadership.
