Role summary
We are looking for an experienced leaderto join our Checkout business line as Director, Head of Operations & Risk This role will lead Operations and oversee Risk functions, ensuring seamless merchant onboarding, E2E merchant operation lifecycle responsibility, robust risk controls, and scalable processes that support our rapid growth while exceeding Operations & Risk KPIs.
You willroll up your sleevesand work closely with your teams, driving operational excellence, implementing risk frameworks and processes, and enabling a best-in-class merchant experience. The role requiresclose collaboration with commercial teams, strong business orientation, and a sharp understanding of market needsto ensure our solutions remain competitive and customer-focused.
