The eCommerce Manager oversees and optimizes online marketplace operations to drive revenue growth, maintain strong account health, and ensure operational excellence across major eCommerce platforms. This role blends platform execution with strategic oversight—managing seller accounts, optimizing listings, monitoring performance metrics, resolving platform issues, and coordinating cross-functional workflows to support scalable eCommerce growth.
You will own end-to-end marketplace operations across platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart—ensuring compliance, improving conversion and visibility, analyzing performance data, and serving as a key operational and client-facing partner. This role is ideal for eCommerce professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, understand platform mechanics deeply, and take ownership of both performance and execution.
Your work will directly influence revenue performance, marketplace stability, and long-term scalability for eCommerce brands. By maintaining strong account health and optimizing listings, you’ll prevent revenue disruption and unlock growth opportunities. Your insights and operational rigor will enable sustainable performance across platforms while strengthening client trust and outcomes.
