We’re looking for a Legal Intake & Accounting Case Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving operations environment. You’ll own multiple legal and accounting-related client cases from intake to completion—ensuring every detail, document, and communication is handled with accuracy and professionalism.
This is a cross-functional role that bridges legal, accounting, and operational workflows. You’ll interact daily with internal teams and clients, identify process gaps, and proactively drive cases to completion. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, spotting inefficiencies, and creating scalable systems.
You’ll be at the center of the client experience—ensuring every legal or accounting case moves smoothly from start to finish. Your precision and follow-through will directly contribute to client satisfaction, internal efficiency, and the company’s ability to scale its operations globally.
