Position Summary
Perforce is seeking a high-impact Account Executive to drive growth across India and Southeast Asia within our industry-leading Testing portfolio, focused primarily on BlazeMeter and Perfecto. This is a strategic hunting role with responsibility for developing new business, expanding relationships within selected existing accounts, and identifying opportunities across the broader Perforce portfolio.
The ideal candidate has proven experience selling software solutions—preferably testing technologies—into the India and Southeast Asia markets, with strong business development instincts and the ability to work collaboratively with partners, technical teams, and cross-portfolio sales specialists.

Key Responsibilities
New Business & Account Growth
·Drive net-new revenue across India and Southeast Asia for BlazeMeter, Perfecto, and adjacent testing offerings.
·Manage and grow a defined set of existing accounts while prioritizing new customer acquisition.
·Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through proactive prospecting, outbound activity, and strategic account planning.
Customer Engagement & Sales Execution
·Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery, solution presentation, negotiation, closing, and handover.
·Develop strong, long-term customer relationships at multiple levels—including engineering, QA, DevOps, product, and leadership.
·Understand customer needs deeply and communicate the value of Perforce testing solutions clearly and effectively.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
·Work closely with solution engineers, product specialists, and global colleagues to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
·Identify opportunities across the wider Perforce product portfolio and introduce relevant sales teams for collaborative selling.
Partner Engagement
·Engage with existing partners in Singapore, India, and Southeast Asia to drive joint opportunities.
·Support the acquisition of new partners where strategically beneficial for regional growth.
Operational Excellence
·Maintain accurate CRM updates, forecasts, and reporting within Salesforce.
·Contribute insights to sales strategy development, market planning, and competitive positioning.
